    Shipping Policy

    In order to purchase any products from the National Shrine Shops, you may be required to provide complete and accurate personal information, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, credit or debit card information and shipping address. The National Shrine Shops Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use such information.

    We do our best to get orders out quickly. Orders ship Monday - Friday, and most items ship in 2-3 business days. Please allow 2-3 additional days for processing.

    Some orders do take longer depending on the item. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped promptly on the following Monday or Tuesday. In the case of an item being out of stock you will be notified and it will be shipped promptly after arriving in our store. 

    Shipping rates are based upon shipping weight and size and will be displayed before you confirm your order during the checkout process. For certain areas outside the continental USA Expedited and Express Air may not be available, or there may be an additional shipping charge. We will contact you if this is the case.

    You can check on your order status at any time by clicking on the link that will be provided in your order confirmation email. The tracking number will be displayed after your order ships.

    If you are unable to locate your order confirmation email, please contact us via our Contact Us form and we will be happy to provide the tracking number of your order to you.
